The IT sector is struggling to find enough skilled labour. Women, in particular, still rarely enter the profession. One reason for this is the prevalent association of IT professions with technology and programming as well as deeply rooted stereotypical role models that influence women's career choices.
With this toolbox and the associated measures, the initiators aim to help break down these gender stereotypes.
