The software platform from non-profit organisation REMMS enables objective data-driven assessment of property sustainability across Switzerland. The software evaluates economic, ecological and social sustainability for real estate projects, existing individual properties (buildings) and real estate portfolios. The assessment examines location, environment and building levels to enable the most precise evaluation possible. The comprehensive portfolio report incorporates key industry standards, including AMAS and ASIP, providing investors with a robust foundation for sustainable portfolio management decisions.
REMMS is available free of charge for small institutional investors (and private individuals). Medium-sized and large institutional investors pay a fee that covers the cost price.
